Dear customers who have asked about this feedback. We would like to clarify that we have returned the money and discussed the matter with our table manufacturing cooperation partner in good spirit. But some reason WSR International Co., Ltd. just wants to try to destroy our reputation of others for some reason. It is amazing if you read their principles on their website. They behave exactly the opposite of how they present themselves.

Sometimes custom work can go wrong due to the client or their perspective and the end result may not match the image. Well in this case we didn’t even get a chance to fix the issue but the client and in this case the owner Nathan Wood of the law firm WSR International Co., Ltd. decided o get the money back by any means.

We paid the full amount back because we have other things to do than fight with people like this, so we still got this feedback on Google that we can’t even delete.

There is many issues in process what make much delays but what gives you the right to tell complete lies to Google and Facebook feedback channels even though you are a lawyer?

Quotation details for table not including any epoxy parts. She blames us for not making epoxy, its not even plan. In conversations can find part where we speak we can add epoxy if needed, but this this can check finalizing phase what change we never get. All can see in pictures table is not yet finished and lockers not add correct place, only samples on table head.

Nathan wood review for us when we think case is close and all ok.

We engaged this company to build custom desks for our law firm. A reference was given asking if it could be duplicated as the desk we wanted was not available in Asia. This company said they could make it without a problem for a very $$$ expensive price. We agreed we love the design. We ordered the first desk at the end of November, they quoted us 20 working days for delivery. It is halfway through March and the desk has not only not been delivered but when photos of semi-finished product were sent through…. well you tell me if this would be acceptable to you? What work desk has drawers like this? How is the shape of this desk (except for blue part) anything like the sleek lines in the reference photo? In addition, we specifically requested blue epoxy resin to match our boardroom table (reference attached). Simply not there at all, they did say in the design process that the wood they use may not have defects for epoxy, our response was ok, then make the front 2 inches of the top blue epoxy to match the boardroom. They agreed. They still have not delivered the desk, we demanded refund, they are refusing. We threatened legal action, we are a law firm. They called threatening legal action “blackmail”….
